Project Highlights
This is a 10 storey 4-star hotel & conferencing facility development with two basements. It comprises of Parking In the Basement and External Parking at Ground, Conference Facilities, Ball Room, Auditorium, Meeting Rooms, Recreational Facilities, Restaurants and Management Offices Spread out as from Ground to the Third Floor.
It also has 200packs hotel rooms as from the fourth to the eighth floor, a sky lounge, restaurant on the roof floor. This is a green building development aimed towards LED certification
